Meet the Entertainers
Spencer Rose Coughlin
A California native, Spencer Rose first stepped into the world of Rodeo at the age of 12. She started at California’s Riata Ranch as a hobby, that quickly grew into her life-long passion. At 19 Spencer embarked on a tour with Cavalia that lasted 5 years and crossed 4 continents. Spencer has performed in 8 countries and all across the United States. After performing all over the world, Spencer desired to come back to her roots - and is now fully back in Western performances! To view her exciting full resume click here.
Residing in the quaint town of Exeter, California, with her husband Logan and their two daughters, Lottie and Dolly, Spencer is a first-generation horse trainer and performer. Initially drawn to the art of trick roping before developing a love for horses, Spencer found that roping was something she could practice independently, easing her initial timidity around horses. The technical challenges of roping captivated her.
Her passion for horses blossomed over time. Though initially intimidated by trick riding, Spencer quickly fell in love with it. This experience sparked her interest in other disciplines, including Roman Riding, Dressage, and Liberty. Currently, Spencer focuses on roping while horseback, liberty, and trick riding, while continuing to push the boundaries of her craft.
Lottie Coughlin
Introducing Lottie Coughlin, a talented second-generation rodeo performer with a bright future ahead! At just five years old, Lottie has already showcased her impressive skills at prestigious events such as Cheyenne Frontier Days and BreyerFest. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Spencer, Lottie specializes in trick roping and the unique art of laying her pony, Duke, down.
When she’s not winning the audience’s heart with her rodeo performances, Lottie enjoys a variety of activities, including ballet, soccer, and learning the intricacies of trick riding. Her dedication and passion for both her hobbies and rodeo make her a remarkable young performer to watch.
